Terms
1. New server setup will take 24 to 72 hours. If you want to buy server, contact admin@hostonnet.com
2. We do not allow spaming or any illegal activity from the server.
3. Cancellations must be submitted through helpdesk at least 15 day before next billing date.
4. You need to make payment 10 days before the due date. If we do not get payment on due date, server will be cancelled and you will not able to recover any data. So always make payment in advance. We rent servers on monthly rent, so we can't wait for late payment as we have to pay for next month even if you don't pay. To avoid risk, we do not renew the server if you do not pay in time.
5. If you need to take backup on server, you need to buy second hard disk.
